Hi everyone. Our customers have started contacting us outside normal business hours much more often than before. We're considering moving to 24/7 support, but building an internal night shift would be expensive. Outsourcing seems like the most realistic option, but I'm wondering if it's actually worth it. For those who already provide round-the-clock support, did customers really notice the difference? Did it improve satisfaction, or was the demand lower than you expected?
